Purchases from keeohair.com are covered by a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a full refund for the product provided the product is returned in good condition.

Submit Your Return Request
Follow the steps on our return portal to complete your request. Once submitted, we’ll receive an alert to review your request.
Wait for Approval (Up to 12 Hours)
After you submit your request, please allow up to 12 hours for us to review and approve it. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with the return address for our warehouse.
Send Your Return to Us
Once you have the return address, please post your item to the address provided in the email. After we receive it, our team will inspect the item and process it.
Receive Your Refund Confirmation
Once your return is processed, we’ll issue your refund, which will be sent to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirming the refund is complete.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Regrettably we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns or refund shipping costs, unless there is a defect with the product covered by warranty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your returned product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
